Our Story

Proactive was built on a simple belief: clinical care should feel personal and built around the patient.

For over 25 years we’ve supported people with limb loss, complex injuries and mobility challenges and one thing is clear: every patient is unique. Not just in the treatment required, but in the life each person wants to return to.

That’s why we developed a way of working that blends clinical excellence with genuine patient crafted care.

From initial assessment through to ongoing rehabilitation, we bring together prosthetists, orthotists, physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists who create plans that focus on comfort, mobility, confidence and quality of life and are shaped around the unique goals of each patient.

As our community has grown, so have we. We’ve expanded our clinic network across the UK, so more people can access specialist care, wherever they are.
